Cancellation Policy
To ensure no confusion, we understand that accidents happen. New Moon clients may be granted one cancellation at no fee.
Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to reservation. Same day cancellations could be charged half of scheduled services. If you do not give notice or decline to arrive for your scheduled appointment you will be charged 85% of scheduled services. You will be placed on a wait list if no fee is collected. Clients whom are 10-15 minutes late may be charged an additional $10 fee. Results may include rescheduling or minimizing your desired service.
When you miss an appointment you take away an opportunity from another client trying to get in. I apologize if you feel New Moon has a strict policy this is just to ensure balance in the business. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
